ABOUT US

I’m Dora and these are my two hounds Aruba & Atash and little Riva living in a co-ownership home in Switzerland. We are a small kennel with prefix Pharasal, based in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

I have always loved dogs but got involved in the world of purebreds when I got Atash in 2010. Although he is not a show dog I started visiting dog shows and fell in love with them, met so many new friends and got to meet my first pharaoh hound. I was impressed with their beauty, lively and playful nature and soon I started to look for reputable breeders. In 2017 I met Jenny Hall, Vaskurs pharaoh hounds, and 3 years later my long awaited dream came true when Aruba joined us. Aruba is our foundation bitch who whelped her first litter in 2024 resulting in one female puppy, Riva.

Our dogs live together with us in our home and are treated like family members. We are very active in dog shows, lure coursing events and agility but what we love the most is taking trips to the mountains and enjoying nature.

Our kennel, PHARASAL, is FCI registered kennel and we are members of Slovenian Kennel club, Slovenian Sighthound club, Slovenian club for Spitz and Primitive Breeds (Klub 5) and
Club for Nordic Breeds and Spitz of Slovenia.
